Respect the Constitution is A 501(c) non-partisan, educational non-profit, which promotes the principles of the United States Constitution and the law consistent with the principles of the Constitution.
Through educating the public and assisting individuals and businesses alike, navigate the confusing legal system, we ensure that the principles of the Constitution are upheld and liberties are protected.
We proudly serve, educate, and provide assistance to residents in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
Our Mission
Through our educational programs, Respect The Constitution advocates for a high standard of ethics and morality in our nation’s public life and seeks to ensure that political and judicial officials do not abuse the powers entrusted to them by the American people. Respect The Constitution fulfills its mission by using the judicial system to hold the conduct of our elected representatives to the principles of the Constitution.

At RTC, we bring extensive knowledge, experience, and passion in our efforts to uphold the principles of the Constitution. We offer educational resources and assistance navigating the legal system for those businesses and individuals who might not otherwise be able to afford the costs.
